Our newest studio location! Starting with the Spring 2012 Session, we'll meet at Sterling Yoga at 4:00 PM on Mondays. Your younger child is waking up from a nap, and your older child is getting out of school; bring 'em both to our new Monday afternoon class! Registration is now closed.

Sterling Yoga is located at 2889 Glenmore Avenue (interactive map below). Near the northeast corner of Glenmore and Potomac Avenues in the heart of Dormont's main business district, the studio is right across from the Dor-Stop Restaurant. Who knows? Maybe you'll get into a new family routine of visiting Beyond Bedtime Books, Sugar Cafe, Dormont Dogs, Potomac Bakery, or InnerBeat Drum School before or after class each week! Both free and metered street parking spaces are available, and the studio is also easily accessible by bus and the "T."
